This SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) Text Messaging Terms & Privacy Policy document (“Text Messaging Terms”) outlines how Salon Suite Solutions LLC (“S3,” “we,” “us,” “its,” or “our”) collects and uses information in connection with its Text Messaging Program. These Text Messaging Terms apply to SMS and MMS messages sent by Salon Suite Solutions LLC and independent salon suite operators that utilize the Salon Suite Solutions platform.

Independent salon suite operators are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws when utilizing the Salon Suite Solutions platform.
